I have started to write a new story - this time about... Panic! at the Disco. Yes, I came back to them! Thanks to Gym Class Heroes and their amazing song 'Ass back home' - during Christmas I went on YouTube to watch it and then I saw P!ATD's videoclip 'Let's kill tonight' below. I listened to and liked it and immediately downloaded their last album 'Vices & Virtues'. It's amazing! It sounds like the old band, before 'Pretty.Odd.' As I mentioned on my photoblog, thanks to Ryan Ross and Jon Walker's leaving - now Brendon Urie and Spencer Smith's music is real Panic! at the Disco - with an exclamation mark again!
My favorite songs? 'Ready to Go', 'The Calendar' and old but still hot 'The Ballad of Mona Lisa'. But the whole album is perfect. Ryan and Jon also set up a new band - The Young Veins. This music is... kinda nice for ears, but a little boring. There is something missing, just like 'Pretty. Odd.', but worst.
I regret that I have not heard it before - I was like 'oh, Panic! at the Disco is too mainstream for me' or 'this band is too commercial, I must listen to AC/DC to be cool'. How stupid was I!
Now I'm adding few cartoon drawings of my old/new favorite band.
